After a tumultuous 2022 and talk of an economic slowdown in 2023, Americans will have to navigate significant economic uncertainty in the coming year. At this Texas Business Hall of Fame Titan Talk, in partnership with the Baker Institute, Richard Fisher, the former president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, will explore the challenges and opportunities facing the United States economy. As one of the most respected economic minds in the country, Fisher will discuss a wide variety of economic issues — from the prospects for American economic growth to the impact of recent economic, demographic, social and political trends on the U.S. economy.

This event is co-sponsored by the Baker Institute Center for Public Finance and the Texas Business Hall of Fame, and funded by a generous gift from SWBC.
