Nancy Segreto Barnes is a seasoned sales executive, team builder, and strategic growth leader with over 17 years of experience in the medical device and legal industries. A consistent top performer, she’s led national sales teams, developed go-to-market strategies, and earned honors including President’s Club and Top Area Sales Director.
She currently serves as Southern Regional Manager for Precision Medical Products, overseeing a high-growth, multi-state team. Nancy is also the founder of Angel Health, LLC, an orthopedic recovery company focused on patient care. Throughout her career, she has been known for inspiring loyalty, leading with integrity, and mentoring the next generation of professionals.
Nancy is the host of the She Laughs Podcast, which recently launched to spotlight women who have overcome fear to pursue their purpose. She also founded a long-running Bible study for working women and has a passion for fitness, having taught spin and group classes prior to the pandemic.
A licensed attorney in the state of Texas, Nancy holds a law degree from South Texas College of Law and is a proud graduate of Texas Christian University. She draws on a deep family legacy of education, grit, and service—instilled by her immigrant grandparents, a UT Law graduate father, and a schoolteacher mother. She lives in Austin, close to her children and grandchildren.
