Mohammad is a Dallas-Fort Worth-based entrepreneur and CEO with a passion for building impactful, service based businesses across Texas. He earned his BS in Healthcare Management from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2017, followed by an MBA in 2019.
While still an undergraduate, at the age of 21, Mohammad founded Synaptic Pediatric Therapies in 2017, a multi location pediatric outpatient rehabilitation company. In 2019, he founded Dynamic EcoHome, an energy efficiency company focused on residential and commercial solar, HVAC, windows, insulation, batteries, and generator sales and installations. He currently serves as CEO of both companies. Both businesses were fully bootstrapped with no debt or outside investors and continue to operate independently today. Combined, the companies employ over 400 team members serving the Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and Austin markets. His companies have been recognized multiple times by Dallas 100, Inc 5000, and EY Entrepreneur of the Year.
In 2019, while pursuing his MBA, Mohammad was awarded the Future Texas Business Hall of Fame award. Since then, he has become actively involved in non-profit organizations. He serves on the endowment board and multiple committees at Brighter Horizons Academy, a K-12 private school, and is also on the Board of the Texas Business Hall of Fame. In addition to his operating roles, Mohammad has invested in several other companies that share the same ethos as the companies he founded.
