M. Brad Rejebian

Brad Rejebian is a seasoned banking executive with a career spanning over four decades. Since March 2024, he has been serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Pavillion Bank in Richardson, Texas, leading the Bank’s strategic direction and operations.

Prior to this role, he held various leadership positions with a focus on the sales and credit process with WAFD Bank, Mutual of Omaha Bank and, most notably, with Frost Bank. During his 14-year tenure with Frost Bank (2002-2016), he held key roles including Sales Manager and Park Cities Market President. Earlier in his he held Officer roles at Comerica Bank, Wells Fargo, and at Compass Bank. Brad completed his formal credit training with Bank One (now Chase Bank). These experiences shaped his expertise in corporate banking, sales management and strategic leadership, laying the foundation for his role with Pavillion Bank.

Brad earned a B.B.A. from the University of Mississippi’s School of Business Administration. Outside of work, he is deeply involved in the Dallas community as a 30-year member of the Rotary Club of Park Cities, a Board member of the Dallas Zoo, and a Board member of the Texas Business Hall of Fame. In addition, he has recently joined the Advisory Council of the UTD Jindal School of Management. He lives in North Dallas with his wife of 30 years, Sherri. Together, they have two adult children and are members of the Highland Park United Methodist Church.
