Kevin Ryan is the Managing Member of KCSJ Real Estate LLC, a family real estate investment firm in Dallas. Kevin retired from Merit Energy Company in 2021, a private oil and gas company, where he was the SVP/CFO. He became a board member of Merit in 2025.
Kevin is also involved in several University advisory councils and nonprofit organizations in addition to the Texas Business Hall of Fame, including The University of Texas at Dallas Jindal School of Management Advisory Council, Operation Kindness, and the Notre Dame of Dallas Schools Foundation to name a few.
Kevin received his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and his MBA from The University of Texas as Dallas. Kevin lives in Dallas with his wife Cristi. They have two children who graduated from Southern Methodist University and who both work for the family real estate investment firm.
