Gary Farmer is President/CEO of Heritage Title Company of Austin, Inc. Gary has been engaged at Heritage Title since 1985. During his tenure, Heritage has become known as a commercial title expert and grown to be one of the largest title agents in Texas.
Gary is involved in numerous civic and charitable activities. Currently, Gary serves as Past Chair of Greater Austin Economic Development Corporation (aka “Opportunity Austin”), Co-Chair of the Waterloo Greenway Conservancy Capital Campaign, Chancellor’s Council & Development Board at UT Austin, and President’s Council of the Real Estate Council of Austin. Gary has chaired/co-chaired nine capital campaigns, raising approximately $200M for community endeavors. He has also served on three Mayoral Task Forces dealing with Economy, Environment and Healthcare.
Gary and wife Susan are graduates of UT Austin, the proud parents of three daughters (all UT grads), and members of Tarrytown United Methodist Church.
