Amy Chronis is a proven leader and experienced advisor to the C-suite and boards of directors for some of the world’s largest companies. With over 30 years of executive leadership, including the immediate past roles of Vice Chair, US Energy & Chemicals Industry Leader and Houston Managing Partner for Deloitte, Amy guided organizations across a diverse range of business issues. She brings notable expertise in the areas of strategic planning, business transformation, technology, and enterprise risk management to a broad set of industries such as software, consumer products, manufacturing and most extensively, energy, chemicals, and technology.
Amy is an independent board member of Kinder Morgan, Inc and a Charter Trustee for the Ohio State University. She remains active civically with multiple non profit organizations including as a board member of the Greater Houston Partnership (Chair 2021), Texas 2036, and the Texas Business Hall of Fame.
Amy is a CPA-retired status and NACD (National Association of Corporate Directors) certified. She graduated from The Ohio State University and completed the Executive Education Program at Columbia University.
