Linda Girdner is an accomplished Manager and performance-based individual with demonstrated ability to teach, motivate and direct, while maintaining a high level of interest and achievement. Articulate communicator able to effectively interact with diverse populations at a variety of academic levels. She is a former United States Navy spouse of 25 years, and has worked with military populations for over 30 years. She has an associate degree in Music Performance, a bachelors ‘s in Business Management and a Master’s of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Industrial-Organizational Psychology.
Her most recent educational designation was obtained at the Professional and Executive: Susanna Glasscock School of Continuing Studies at Houston’s Rice University, and she holds numerous financial and leadership designations. Ms. Girdner is an executing strategic thinker, with the ability to influence others toward endeavors of excellence. Before coming to work at The Texas Business Hall of Fame Foundation Ms. Girdner worked with Goodwill Industries of Houston as a Program Manager for 7 years. Ms. Girdner’s motto in life is: “Failure is never an option”!
