Randall L. Stephenson is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for AT&T.

- Scaled capabilities to produce premium TV, theatrical, and gaming content, through WarnerMedia, a global leader in storytelling.
- AT&T Latin America, which provides pay-TV services across 11 countries and territories, and is the fastest growing wireless provider in Mexico.
- Advertising technology and inventory to utilize insights from our 170 million direct customer relationships.
With more than $180 billion in 2019 revenues, AT&T is one of the world’s largest companies in the technology, media and telecom space. It has delivered 36 consecutive years of quarterly dividend growth. And between 2015 and 2019, AT&T invested more than $135 billion in its network, including capital investments and acquisitions of spectrum and operations. Over that same period, the company invested more in the U.S. than any other public company.
Under Randall, AT&T has committed $550 million since 2008 to its signature philanthropic initiative, AT&T Aspire, which drives innovation in education to promote student success in school and the workplace. In 2018 WarnerMedia unveiled an industry-first Diversity and Inclusion Policy for talent in front of and behind the camera. And in 2019, AT&T was ranked #1 on the DiversityInc’s Top 50 Companies for Diversity list.
Randall began his career with Southwestern Bell Telephone in 1982 in Oklahoma. He was AT&T’s senior executive vice president and chief financial officer from 2001-2004, and chief operating officer from 2004-2007. Randall was appointed to AT&T’s board of directors in 2005.
