Michael Kmetz is a Partner at DH Capital, a real estate investment firm, and an advisor at Matador Investment Group. Previously, he co-founded and served as CEO of Dark Horse Minerals, an oil and gas mineral rights holding company in the Permian Basin of West Texas, where he completed multiple deals valued in the tens of millions of dollars. Prior to founding Dark Horse, Michael worked in sales/acquisitions for two Texas-based oil and gas companies, acquisitions for a self-storage company, and completed an Energy Commerce degree with Honors from Texas Tech University. Michael is also a Co-Founder at Integro Bank, an Arizona-based bank catering to small businesses, nonprofits, and startups.
