Diane Seay McNulty, PhD, is Associate Dean for External Affairs and Corporate Development in the Naveen Jindal School of Management, UT Dallas. She coordinates the marketing/public relations, community and corporate relations strategies and serves as editor-in-chief of MANAGEMENT and the eNewsletter of the Jindal School. She is a clinical professor in Organizations and Strategies and teaches corporate governance in the executive MBA program and the undergraduate programs in the area of ethics. Dr. McNulty serves on the boards and executive committees of several charitable and professional organizations nationwide.
