Anne Witherspoon is the COO and CXO of Messick Peacock & Associates, where she leads day-to-day operations and provides the direction for client and employee experience strategy. Anne has an MBA in International Business and a BBA in General Business. She has multiple professional certifications including Certified Change Management Professional, Certified Customer Experience Professional, Project Management Professional, and Certified Treasury Professional. She is a member of the Texas Tech Alumni Association. Anne is the immediate past President of the Board of Directors of Fine Arts Chamber Players in Dallas and is currently the Philanthropy Liaison for Operation Homefront with National Charity League in Allen. She has served in many other leadership and volunteer roles throughout her career. Anne and her husband, Jonathan, enjoy spending time with family; including at their children’s many activities at Lovejoy ISD where her son is a sophomore and her daughter is an eighth-grade student. Anne’s 87-year-old father lives close by and spends his time making custom-order spurs for ranchers and cowboys across Texas and New Mexico. Anne’s hobbies include reading, running, writing and traveling with her family. She is the author of Unicorn Leadership 101 and looks forward to its release in 2022.
