Amenemopé serves as the Portfolio Manager at Big Sky Funds. Her responsibilities include portfolio management, underwriting, due diligence, transactions, and reporting. Amenemopé began her career as a Management Consultant working at both Deloitte and Accenture. As a consultant, she constructed cost savings models for clients estimating over $9 million in savings, performed data analysis, created strategic operational models, acted as a project manager, and led cross-functional teams. Amenemopé worked with clients in a variety of industries such as Financials, Oil & Gas, Retail, Telecommunications and Sports & Entertainment.

Amenemopé was a Division I athlete at Rice University where she was a four-year letter winner on the women’s basketball team. During this time, she developed a passion for collegiate athletics and helping mentor student-athletes. This led her to serve as the women’s basketball Director of Player Development at Northwestern University. While at Northwestern, the team won the 2020 Big Ten regular season championship. Prior to Northwestern, she served as a graduate assistant at Texas Christian University (TCU). In 2013, Amenemopé founded Ambytion Sports designed to help prepare high school student-athletes for college with tutoring and mentoring as well as athletic training.

Amenemopé holds an MBA from TCU where she served as a member of the Educational Investment Fund and the Cowtown Angels. During her time at TCU, she was named a Texas Business Hall of Fame Scholar. She graduated with a BA in Electrical Engineering at Rice University. Amenemopé serves on the board of the Dallas Black Dance Theater. Additionally, Amenemopé authored the book Just A Game. In her free time, she enjoys exercising, traveling, and spending time with her family.
